Exhalation in Kapalbhati Pranayama
If the persons age is 40+ age he or she should practice one stroke in one second. If the person is below 40 age and younger then practice 2 strokes in one second. Never practice more than 2 strokes in the second at least for one year.
Kapalbhati Pranayama Steps
Sit on the floor in a comfortable posture such as Padmasana. Keep your backbone straight and fill the lungs with breath.
Set how many number rounds want to practice in one minute. And also set the time for how many minutes you want to practice kapalbhati pranayama.
Keep the mind calm and close the eyes.
1.Fist of all inhale the air in the normal way through both nostrils such that the stomach should go outside.
2.Now exhale through both nostrils forcefully as such the stomach should go deep inside.
3.Never force while inhalation. The only exhalation must be focused. Keep repeating the same steps until the time limit is reached which you set for yourself.
