Dear Readers, Everyone wants to get soft, beautiful and youthful skin. Sometimes cosmetics help but the natural beauty lies beyond man-made products. Yoga practice daily is excellent to rejuvenate the skin. Yoga maintains the emotional, mental and physical balance works as better than regular skincare routine. It provides a natural glow to your skin. It helps to revamp skin quality.
Yoga flushes out the toxins, improves the digestive system and maintain the proper blood circulation in the body. There are so many yoga poses which help to rejuvenate, revitalize the body and reduce the fine lines appearance which results in tight and firm youthful skin.
Meditation helps to helps to reduce stress and relax the body. Yoga promotes deep sleep and boosts the collagen which helps to bring back the natural glow and luster.
Practice these 7 yoga poses regularly to transform the skin, detoxify, reduce stress and increase blood circulation.
1.Uttasana Yoga for Youthful Skin
This yoga increases blood flow and oxygen to our face. This fights free radicals and renews skin cells. It helps to keep the skin naturally youthful with shine.
Stand on the ground in the mounted pose with both the feet firm on the floor keeping the hand on the hips. Slowly fold forward towards the ground by exhaling, lengthening the front of the torso. Bend elbows and with the help of opposite hands hold onto each elbow. Hold for one minute and repeat the same 2/3 times.
2.Ustrasana
This yoga to increase oxygen flow to the whole body. It is excellent to reduce stress and balance the hormones naturally. It also helps to cure and prevent acne and blemishes.
Sit on the ground with the knees and shoulder-width apart. Tuck the toes under and align the hips carefully over the knees. On the back of the pelvis rest the hands, lengthening the tailbone as shown in an image. Lean back side and hold onto each heal. Lift through the pelvis, the spine must be long and turning the arms outwards. In order to avoid strain on the neck keep the head neutral. Hold the same position for 40 seconds.
3.Ardha Matsyendrasana
This yoga helps to improve digestive health. It helps to remove toxins and waste from the body which results in healthy glowing skin.
Sit on the floor and extend the legs forward. Tuck the torso, spine long and should be drawn towards each other. Then over the left leg lift and bend the right leg, next to the left thigh right foot should be planted flat. Turn the torso right side using the left arm grasp the right knee slightly. Keep the left arm firm on the floor behind you.
4.Salamba Sarvangasana
This yoga promotes blood circulation towards face which enhances facial radiance. This reduces fine lines, blemishes, and acne naturally. Now one can have a makeup-free beautiful and natural look.
Lie down flat on the floor on your back. Bend the knees slowly and lift the legs carefully off the ground. Place the arms on the ground behind the torso by keeping them bent. Then raise the legs towards the roof straight. Never apply too much pressure on the neck it may harm. If it is difficult to perform then one can take the wall or any other support. If any spine or shoulder joints pain or migraine please avoid this exercise or take doctors advice.
5.Halasana
This yoga helps to calm the brain, heart, and nerves. It improves skin beauty, detoxifies the body and relieves the digestive organs.
Lay down flat on the ground keeping the arms extended parallel both the sides. Keep the palms pressed on the ground. Now slowly and carefully lift the legs and torso upwards with the help of shoulders, arms, and back support. Toes must be above the head.
6.Savasana Yoga
This yoga gives life to the skin. It relaxes the mind and reduces stress. It is just like meditation which improves skin texture and beauty.
Lie down flat on the floor on your back with your legs straight. Keep the arms with palms facing upward by your side. Keep the shoulders away from ears and keep the gap in between shoulders and neck.
7.Paschimottanasana
Paschimottanasana yoga helps to reduce stress keep the body organs calm. Its purify blood, improves the elasticity of the skin, reduces wrinkles and makes the skin complexion fair and lovely.
It helps to cure digestive and constipation problems. There is a great connection between digestive disorders and skin which leads to acne and dull skin.
Paschimottanasana regulates the digestive system and makes the skin healthy and beautiful. This yoga helps to increase the height of teenage people. It maintains the menstrual cycle balance and tones the pelvic organs.
Paschimottanasana Steps
Sit on the floor straight and stretch your legs. Place the left arm on the left knee and right palm on the right knee. Inhale slowly bending forward and catch the toes. Now touch the floor with hands, exhale and stay in the same position for 40 seconds. If it is difficult to touch the toes don’t force yourself. Bend as much as possible and then day by day practice will let you help to touch the toes.
Return to normal position and repeat the same process 3 times. While performing this exercise never bend the knees or pull the legs.

Note: If any health problem or pain in any part of body one must take doctor advice before performing any yoga. All poses are not easy few are a little tough to perform. Never force the body to perform it comfortably if not able to perform take expert help and don’t start all poses at one go. Start easy one slowly and add other poses accordingly. More pressure and force on the body leads to heart and nerves problem or bone injury. Take care.

I’ve been practicing yoga for year now. It has been a great way for me to improve my strength and flexibility, become better acquainted with my body and help with my mental health.
Since most of us spend most of our day sitting down, it’s very important to get moving every now and then to improve our blood circulation.
No doubt, Yoga really improves oxygen flow in our body and we know very well how proper oxygen flow is important for human body – forcefully helps to get rid of free radicals and toxins from the body.
