Fenugreek seeds are rich in potassium and fiber. Boil half spoon fenugreek seeds in water for 5 minutes and grind it to make a paste. Take this paste regularly morning on empty stomach.

Decrease the salt in the diet but don’t avoid completely.
Note: These home remedies must follow along with the medicine suggested by the doctor. Keep on checking the blood pressure status at least once in a month and take the treatment accordingly.
