4. Mix all ingredients properly and when it cools down store it in the refrigerator.
5. Take it for 4 days. If require to prepare the same.
9.Olive Oil Dilute Ear Wax
Experts recommend olive oil to remove ear wax and to prevent the onset of cerumen impaction. When anyone impacted earwax tried to clean, wax chunks move back into the ear canal.
Olive oil helps to soften the cerumen, and wax can be removed easily. When the wax gets soften it breaks down into small pieces and moves outer edge of the ear canal. With the help of soft cloth or tissue, it can be safely cleaned.
Take olive oil and heat it lightly. It should not be too hot as it is harmful to the ear canal. It should be as hot as the body temperature.
Take a dropper and fill this oil in it. Gently drop the oil in the ear canal. While dropping oil in ear canal the ear should be pointed upward. Squeeze in one drop first and wait for one minute. If you feel alright squeeze more oil.
Leave on for 10 minutes. Shake the ear slowly, open and close the mouth gently. Now turn the head oppose side by covering the ear with a clean cloth. When the whole oil spill out drops the oil in other ear and follow the same.
Wipe off the outer part oil with clean cloth or tissue. Now with the help of earbuds clean the ear wax.

Olive oil doesn’t get better with age. Look for the harvest date on the bottle as the olive oil gets expire after two years if it is kept in room temperature. If harvest date is not mentioned on the bottle check on another bottle or check with the shopkeeper.
When you bring the olive oil smell it and taste it. If you notice any off-odors of wax, sweaty socks, peanut butter etc return the oil immediately informing the shopkeeper it is rancid.
High-quality olive oil can be found anywhere all over the world. But research says domestic country olive oil higher in quality than the olive oil which is an import.
How to Store Olive Oil
The storage of olive oil is important to ensure the longevity
Store the oil in a dark and cool place.
Make sure the olive oil is kept away from light, air, and heat.
Store olive oil in a stainless steel container or opaque glass or in a dark bottle.
Close the bottle or container lid tightly.
Olive Oil Cooking
Drizzle the olive oil over steamed or baked vegetables, fish, bread, salad, and cookies etc.
Note: Comparing to other oils olive oil has a lower smoke point. Extra virgin oil has the lower smoke point than normal other type’s olive oils. Extra virgin oil is best for cooking on medium-low heat nearly 300 degrees Fahrenheit.
Select the right Olive oil
Selecting the correct oil is very important. The presence of antioxidants and bioactive compounds in extra virgin olive oil makes it healthier than any refined olive oil.
Check the labels carefully and make sure you are selecting real extra virgin olive oil as a lot of fraud on the olive oil market.
Check for quality certification and ingredients on the bottle.
Caution Before Using Olive Oil
Olive oil has some side effects as well which should not be ignored.
Its use can cause the allergic reaction in few people for those it doesn’t suit. It will be just like common food allergy symptoms. There is a chance of developing eczema and skin rashes, itching in the people who are allergic to olive oil.
Before using olive oil it is better to do a patch test. I case of any allergic symptoms consult the doctor immediately.
Overconsumption of olive oil is risky as it is rich in calories, it can result in heart diseases. Use only 2 spoons of olive oil daily. If it is not sufficient for cooking full day meals within 2 spoons per head then use any other natural oil for other dishes. Use this oil for any particular dish or it can be swallowed raw as well.
Sugar patient must consult a doctor and take advice before using olive oil as it can react with the medication and cause further problem.
More usage of olive oil can cause a massive fall in blood pressure, gallbladder blockage, and different other diseases.
Using too much oil can gain weight as it contains high-fat content.
Never heat olive oil for more than 30 seconds as it gets burn quickly and beneficial properties may lose on overheat.
Never apply olive oil on wounds or cuts.
Pregnant and lactation women must consult the doctor before using olive oil.
