Essential Anti-aging Oils – The Application

So choose those essential oils that appeal to you personally and that best suit your skin needs. Then give it about 25 drops in 100 ml of base oil. This dosage is also ideal for very strong essential oils that have pure skin-irritating properties. However, if you chose the above mild essential oils, you can increase the dose further.
Similarly, with a few drops of essential oil of your choice, you can spice up your face cream and enhance its anti-aging effects. Again, you dose with 25 drops per 100 ml of cream.

Recipe: Anti-aging skincare mask with essential oils
12 drops of essential frankincense oil
12 drops of essential carrot seed oil
5 drops of Clary Sage Oil
7 drops of essential patchouli oil
5 drops of essential grapefruit oil
3 drops of essential clove oil
5 drops of essential ylang-ylang oil
60 ml coconut oil(by heating to approx. 30 degrees the coconut oil becomes liquid)
Add later: 1 tbsp honey
Add later: 1 tablespoon of vegetable milk (eg oat or soy milk)
Mix the coconut oil with the essential oils in a small glass bottle and shake this mixture so that all components combine well.
For the mask, mix 1-2 teaspoons of the oil mixture with 1 tbsp honey and 1 tbsp vegetable milk. Distribute the mask liberally on the face, neck, and décolleté. Save eyes and mouth. Leave the mixture for 20 minutes and then wipe off the remains with a damp, warm cotton pad.
