Dear Readers, So many young people have the problem of premature greying of hair. The reason behind white hair is stress, changes in lifestyle, Physical activities and nutrients deficiency. There are different types of medicines in the market to turn white hair into black but they may not help one. Yoga works to increase scalp blood circulation which helps to promote healthy hair growth.
1.Trikonasana Yoga
One has to make a triangle with their feet so it is called as trikonasana yoga. Stand straight with 3 feet gap between two legs. Keep both the hands at shoulder level then touch the toes with the right hand. Follow the same with the left hand as well. Repeat the same for 8 minutes changing both the positions equally.
2.Bhujangasana
Lay down on your belly on the floor legs must be together. Slowly raise the head upward as palms must touch the ground and stretch the hands straight on chest side. Look straight for 3 minutes.
3.Adho Mukha Savasana
Take an animal position so that the palms and knees must touch the ground. Raise the knees upward and stretch the legs and support the body only with the toes then exhale the air slowly. The head should head should be face down towards the ground and body shape should be in shape of inverted V.
4.Ustraasan Yoga
Sit straight on the knees with 6 inches gap between the knees. With the help of hands support slowly and carefully bend backward and with the hands hold the ankle. Abdomen must push in the forward direction and look upward. Be in this position for one minute and come back to normal position. Repeat the same after 5 minutes.
5.Halasan
This asan cures various health problems. Lie down on the floor on your back and keep the hands straight on both sides. Carefully make right angle by the legs and push the legs slowly backward as much as it must touch the ground. While performing this yoga press the chin against the throat slowly. For 1 minute be in the same position and come back to normal. Repeat the same 2/3 times.
Please Note: Start all yoga poses for less time then day by day increase the numbers and time slowly. If any pose is tough to perform please avoid it as it may lead to serious injury or health problem. It is better to take yoga expert help to perform any yoga and once you are comfortable with all poses can do it on your own at home. If any health problem, before practicing any yoga take doctor advice. Any wrong pose may lead to a serious health problem or bone injury.

Interesting idea. I did yoga until recently but obviously need to start up again or do more. Have you any idea how often these would have to be done to have an effect please?
As a funny aside, in the hair dresser’s the other day, I was sitting getting my grey hair dyed dark brown, and sitting next to me was a very attractive young lady getting her lovely black hair dyed grey!!
The grass is always greener….

There is real proof of a few people who follow yoga continuously from a young age and at the age of 60 also they have natural black and beautiful hair.
