Nadi Sodha Prayanam Steps:
Sit straight with cross-legged in a comfortable posture. Now shut the left nostril with the help of middle finger of the right hand. Next with the right nostril inhale deeply. Repeat the same process with left nostril. Perform this yoga for 15 minutes regularly.
2.Brhamari Pranayam
The major causes of heart problems are stress, disturbance, and tension. For the treatment of heart blockage, this yoga plays a vital role as it helps to relax the cerebrum and relieves mental suffering.
Brhamari Pranayam Steps:
Sit on the floor comfortably with cross-legged and with the help of index fingers close the eardrums. Take a deep breath and just like bees make a loud humming sound and exhale slowly. While the inhaling and exhaling process keeps the eardrums close. Repeat the same 4 times.
3.Ardha Matysendrasana
There are lots of benefits of this yoga asana. It supplies a good amount of oxygen to the lungs. Helps to cure diabetes, backache, constipation stimulates the nervous system and spine. It also helps to cure menstrual problems in women.
Steps for Ardha Matysendrasana:
Sit on the floor with cross-legged, place the left leg over the right one and ensure the left ankle is touching the right thigh. Now through the gap between the left leg and torso take the left hand. With help of it hold the left ankle. Turn the torso to the right side and hold in the same pose for few minutes.
4.Sukh Purvak Pranayam
As its name, it is a pose that provides happiness while performance. This is a type of breathing exercise which cools and calm the mind of a person and provides a sense of joy and happiness.
Steps for Sukh Purvak Pranayam:
Sit on the floor with cross-legged, with the help of right thumb close the right nostril, and inhale deeply with the left nostril. Hold the breath as much as possible and then exhale from the left nostril. Repeat the same exercise on the other side.
5.Salambha Bhujangasana
This yoga helps to stimulate the heart blood circulation because while performing it lets the chest open out.
Salambha Bhujangasana Steps:
Lie down on the floor on the abdomen, at the back stretch the legs straight by keeping them slightly apart. Stretch the arms in the front by keeping the forearms parallel to each other. Relax in the same pose for a few minutes.
With this yoga posture, one can easily get rid of the heart blockage problem. Start this yoga as soon as possible and keep the heartbeat n full rhythm.
If any health problem it is necessary to take doctor advice before starting any of the yoga. Any yoga should start first for a short period of time and then slowly day by day increase the time. Never perform breathing exercises fast in the beginning. Take a slow breath and after a few days slowly increase the speed.
