Nice post on health care. Would you please tell me how can I make my skin smooth now in spring? Hair and skin are getting hard day by day.
Johanna Galyen says
Sazia,
I really liked the idea of putting the coconut oil on before the shower. In the United States, it is still winter here, but spring is very soon. My skin is so dry at the end of winter, so I wonder if this would help me. Thank you for such wonderful suggestions! Johanna

Hi Sazia,
Great suggestions. I do eat quite a bit of fruit now and some vegetables. I don’t care for too many of the list of water-rich foods except for broccoli and apples.
Thank you for all of your suggestions. I didn’t know that about coconut oil.
Although I also had no idea about the cold drinks but maybe explains why I really don’t care too much if what I drink is cold or not; just that it’s wet.
Thanks for sharing.
