Symptoms of Malaria
Three types of Malaria exist depending upon the parasites. High fiver is the most common symptoms of Malaria which attacks every fourth day, alternate day or every day. Malaria patient feels a headache, pain in the limbs and shivering and effect anemia. With profuse sweating, the fever comes down and after some time, it effects again. Kidney failure and dysentery are other complications of Malaria.
Causes of Malaria
Malaria is caused by Plasmodium a tiny parasite. It grows in the liver after few days enter into the blood stream where they invade red blood cells. This disease is caused by the female Anopheles mosquito. This mosquito bites the person who has malaria and draws a small quantity of blood which contains parasites
These parasites within the mosquito’s body pass through several stages of development and finally reaches to its salivary glands. This saliva passes to a healthy person when it bites.
Another cause of malaria is the faultry style of living or wrong feeding habits. Malaria germs breed on this soil. Use of denatured foods such as a white flour, white sugar, coffee, strong tea, and alcoholic beverages decreases systems vitality and there are chances of development of malaria.
Treatment of Malaria
Most important treatment of Malaria is Diet. For 15 days continuously the patient should take orange juice and water. Next, the patient should take fresh fruit diet after every 4 hours of the interval for 5 days. Fruit diet includes papaya, mango, grapefruit, pineapple, oranges, grapes, apple, and milk. Then the patient can take normal balanced diet like nuts, grains, seeds, raw vegetables and fresh fruits.
Avoid Strong coffee or tea, pickles, sauces, white flour, white sugar, fried foods, meat, smoking and alcoholic drinks. During fever, a cold pack can apply t the body to bring down the temperature.
Home Remedies for Malaria
*Lime and lemon are excellent in the treatment of malaria. Take 60 ml water and add 3 grams lime into it. Before the onset of the fiver, the water should be taken.
*Cinnamon is an effective cure for different types of fever. Make cinnamon powder and store in a Jar. Boil in water adding honey and pepper. This can get use as a medicine in Malaria.
Prevention of Malaria
To prevent malaria need to prevent mosquito bites. For this purpose, we need to maintain cleanliness and environmental hygiene. Basil leaves prevent Malaria. Tulsi juice 11-gram mix with 3 grams of black pepper powder can be taken in malaria fever cold stage. Through this, we can check the severity of the disease.

Good to know about Malaria in details and what actions we should take to prevent our self from malaria and when we are suffering from malaria. Problem of Malaria is never going to end until people become aware of hygiene and cleaniness and do what they should do to prevent the spreading of malaria parasite. People get lazy when it comes to cleaning water coolers, throwing old pots away and this is like a gold invitation to malaria parasite.
