Dear Readers, What cause different diseases and how we can prevent them? It is very important to understand the difference between good and bad fat in linseed-flax seed to lead a happy and healthy life. Some fats contain triglycerides which create blood clots in heart vein. Some fats contain triglycerides in low level which is beneficial in the development of eyes and brain in the infant.
It provides energy to the body and helps to keep the blood pressure in control. Wrong processes always convert good fat into the bad fat.
Oil hydrogenation
The Oil companies perform partial oil hydrogenation and this removed hydrogen around at 400-degree celsius in the presence of aluminum. They use this oil in the manufacturer of biscuits, bread, pasta, cake, maggie, chips, noodles, pizza, snacks, chocolate and ice cream.
They all are trans fats and it is just like a poison for our health and body which leads to different diseases like blood pressure, obesity, diabetes, gout, depression and heart failure.
Oil Refining
To refine oil companies use phosphoric acid, caustic soda, and bleaching clay and make the oils colorless and odorless. To extract oil from linseed hexane chemical is used which is just like a petrol which gives longer shelf oil but it affects our health.
Linseed contains all natural elements wich reduce cholesterol, help in digestion, control blood pressure, prevent cancer, helps in the functioning of gallbladder and liver, improve intelligence and eyesight.
Linseed contains antioxidants quality and while refining process destroys all natural healthy qualities. It is important for our health to stop using refined oil.

Low sugar
While we consume sugar in excess then body convert that excess sugar into bad fat. Sugar is harmful to teeth. It nurtures fungus, yeast, cancer cells and removes chromium and calcium from the blood.
Linseed Good Fat
Good fat will not produce in the body, therefore, it should be obtained by taking healthy food. Linseed contains omega 3 in high quantity in the whole world. It is found in walnut fish and linseed. Alfa-linolenic, Omega 3 fatty acids, Omega 6 fatty acids are necessary fats which are required for our body.
If Omega 6 is more and Omega 3 is less in our body it leads to different diseases.cold pressed linseed oil also best for health as it contains Omega 3. Take linseed daily to balance Omega 3 fatty acids in the body which prevents from different diseases.
Lack of Necessary Fatty Acids Leads to:
- Ugly nails, dry skin, eczema, and hair loss
- Eyes dryness, Kidney function problem and fatty liver
- Eyesight problem, mood swings, depression and low grasping power
- Hormone problems, frequent miscarriages, low sperm count

Hi Sazia,
I agree with you about choosing healthier oils. It’s just that we are tempted everywhere, every time we go to a restaurant, to eat the breads and crackers and foods that are prepared incorrectly with bad fats.
So much fuss has been made about gluten, that gluten free is being offered everywhere, but not healthy fats.
Our society has a long way to go before we can really have healthy food become a staple, everywhere.
Warmly,
Dr. Erica

This is really helpful in getting everyone to understand exactly what processes are used and how the resulting product will affect us. I try not to eat sugar although I eat some things with sugar in them. I am horrified at your description of the results of trans fatty acids. I will strive to eat more healthily in future!
Enjoy the journey!
