1. Exercise to get Relief from Waist Stress
Sit on the floor. Interlock the fingers and place above the legs in the front. From right to left side rotate the hands as that need to bend the waist forwards and touch your toes by touching your thighs. Now keep the legs straight and bend the waist backwards. From the other side repeat the same.
Slowly stretch the legs in front of you. At shoulder level stretch your hands. With your right hand hold the left big toe. Keep the hands straight above and rotate for 2 minutes. Towards right side rotate your neck and look back. Repeat the same exercise on the other side as well following the same steps.
Benefit: This exercise is helpful to keep the stomach healthy and gives relief to backache. It removes excess waist fat.
Note: If severe backache problem then avoid these exercise.
2. Complete Rest Exercise
Stick your back, head, ankles and palm to the wall. Look straight. By relaxing your body concentrate on the spine. Practice this regularly five times for 2 minutes.
Benefit: This exercise is to overcome the whole body stress.
Push your back backside and keep the shoulders and legs straight in a relaxed position. It helps to maintain body balance.
3. Spinal Pain Relief Exercise
Sit in straight position on the stool as legs should touch the floor. Both the hands keep at equidistant. Look at straight position.
Bend down and touch the floor with your palms. Now slowly come back to your normal position.
Benefit: this exercise helps to reduce spine stress.
4. Weight Loss Exercise
Sit in sukhasana on the floor or on the chair and practice surya mudra. With the ring finger touch the lower part of the thumb and close your eyes. Now slowly move the thumb on the upper part of the ring finger. Concentrate on one place for 20 minutes.
Benefit: this mudra helpful to reduce weight. Practice this exercise regularly 25 minutes 2 times.
