Dear Readers, Today the topic is Exercise to Lose Weight and Perfect Posture Part 3. Exercise not only helps to lose weight but also gives strength to our body. Here are some excellent exercises for Breast, Bottom, Waist, and Midriff, to lose weight and to improve posture.

Exercise 16: Breast Exercise First
Bent your elbows and lie on our belly, and fingertips facing inwards. Forehead rests on the floor.
Raise your head and body slowly by pushing down with hands. Arching your spine and bend your neck backward. Lift your stomach off the floor by pulling in your stomach muscles.
Slowly lower shoulders and upper back to the original position on to the floor.
Relax
Repeat 5 times
Exercise 17: Breast Exercise Second
Stand with your back straight. Hold your arms at shoulder level straight in front of you.
Bring your both hands slowly, Towards your shoulders by clinching both the hands as though you are pulling something strenuously.
Repeat 4 times
Sit with your back straight and repeat the same as explained above.
Hold dumb-bells while doing this exercise. Without dumb-bells also can do this exercise, fingertips facing inwards of your hands.
Repeat 4 times
Exercise 18: Bottom Exercise
To keep your buttocks firm and rounded this exercise is very helpful. It reduces fat, by reducing the sedentary life effect.
With your back straight, sit on the floor.stretch your legs in front of you. Fold your both arms.
Walk slowly on your buttocks.
Continue for a count of 25.
Sitting Exercise Note
While you sit it is important to adopt a correct posture which helps to shape your bottom. The flabby bottom is a result of too much sitting. So here is an exercise which you can do, while you are sitting in your chair.
Exercise 19: Sitting Exercise
Sit on a chair and clasp both hands on the underside of the chair. keeping feet together, Stretch your legs infron of you. Rise slowly your feet from the floor and lower them.
Repeat 15 times
Waist and Midriff Exercise Note
It’s common that all the time profile of your waist and midriff is being presented. So do not stick your tummy out. Straighten your shoulders back, stomach pulled in and seat should be tucked in. This will be very helpful to keep your stomach muscles firm, stretched, flat and elegant.
Exercise 20: Waist and Midriff Exercise First
Stand with your back straight, feet apart and clasp your hands behind your head.
Twist from the waist upwards round to the left. Return back to the original position and twist round to the right.
Repeat 25 times
Exercise 21: Waist and Midriff Exercise Second
Rest on your knees and hands. Raise your right leg to one side by keeping straight and perpendicular to the body. Make 10 forward circles and 10 backward circles with your leg.
Repeat 8 times with each leg.
Exercise 22: Waist and Midriff Exercise Third
Stand by keeping your arms outstretched to the side and feet apart. Bend down by twisting from the waist and touch your left toes with your both hands.
Return back to the original position and repeat the same by touching your right toes with your both hands.
Repeat 8 times
