Dear Readers, Today the topic is Exercise to Lose Weight and Perfect Posture. Exercise not only helps to lose weight but also gives strength to our body. Here are some excellent exercises to lose weight and to improve posture.

Exercise 1: Posture Routine First
Behind your shoulders thread a ruler through the armholes of a sleeveless Top. This will help to keep your shoulders well back. Keep the rule in place regularly around 20 to 30 minutes.
Exercise 2: Posture Routine Second
Feet slightly apart and arms held straight out on the side, at right angles to your body. Following circle swing both your arms backward and bring them back to the normal position.
Repeat 25 times.
Exercise 3: Tone up your Arm Muscles
Stand about one foot far from the wall with your back. Place your palms again the wall and press hard against it. Up to a count of ten holds the contraction. Pregnant women also may follow this exercise with doctor permission.
Relax
Repeat 8 times
Then repeat with your arms in front and press hard against the wall.
Repeat 8 times
Exercise 4: Exercise for Feet First
Sit on the stool with raised legs. Clasp your hands around bent knees. Rotate your feet first outwards then inwards, then upwards and downwards. Please sit on strong stool and be careful while performing exercise as there is a chance to fall down.
Repeat 25 times
Exercise 5: Exercise for Feet Second
Sit on the stool placing a talcum powder container or any cylindrical container on the floor. Put right foot on it then roll forwards and backward from the tips of the toes to the heel.
Repeat the same with other foot.
Do it 8 times with each foot.
Exercise 6: Exercise for Feet Third
Sit on the floor keeping back straight and knees bent. Clasp left foot with left hand and right foot with right hand. Raise right then left feet alternatively. Then twist right leg right side and left leg left side. Raise right then left feet alternatively with this position as well.
Repeat 8 times
Exercise 7: Exercise for Feet Fourth
Lie on your back by raising your legs resting against the wall. Between your legs and body need to form a right angle. Stay in this position up to 10 minutes or until you feel refreshed.
To follow this exercises can take any trainer help or can do yourself alone. Starting do exercises for less time and then increase slowly as heavy exercise at once from beginning may effect ones nervous system and there is a chance to face nervous problem.
