However, there is a problem with artificial sweeteners foodstuffs is these sugar-free products are rich in cholesterol and saturated fats. Diabetes chocolate, candies, and biscuits have no sugar and in some cases little sugar but have calorific value due to the other ingredients which affect blood sugar level.
Diabetic track very rarely of the calorie they intake by such occasional treats. They need to emphasis on the calorie they consume regularly.
