Hi Sazia, thank you for the tips. Some are new to me and I will give them a try. Here in Virginia we easily get sick due to the temperatures being in the 20’s one day then a few days later almost in the 70’s this happens for most of Winter. We fill up the ER’s. I have never been so sick with nasal problems and congestion until I moved to VA. It doesn’t stop with Winter when Summer comes again have to deal with mold, hay fever, ragweed, pollen you name it.

Hi Sazia,
a good time to provide this helpful advice .
Winter is coming and many people get a cold.and blocked noses.
I am happy and did not have a cold for may years.but I know the
remedies you write about here are very helpful. Sometimes my grandkids
come with a cold and I usually make onion juice with honey, which helps very
fast and good and if it just is starting ,I give them tea tree oil to inhale on a
tissue. This helps as well.
Thank you for all your healthy and helpful remedies.
