Dear Readers, A new study shows that cherries have an anti-inflammatory effect. The fruit is rich in phytochemicals, works against free radicals and inflammation, and can be helpful in conditions such as high blood pressure, gout, and dementia.

Tooth and gum problems:
American researchers at the Forsyth Dental Center for dentistry in Boston discovered antibacterial substances and enzymes in cherries that prevent plaque and can thus prevent tooth decay and periodontal disease.
Obesity/flabby skin:
With a cherry cleanse you get a little closer to the slim figure. Despite their fructose content, these are very low-calorie fruits (approx. 60 kcal/100 g). The cherries are also great for cravings for sweets.
What vitamins do cherries contain?
Cherries do not have particularly high vitamin content, but they can still help to cover vitamin requirements. With 200 grams of cherries, you can still meet the recommended daily dose of 30 percent of vitamin C and 13.6 percent of folic acid. While vitamin C is a valuable antioxidant, folic acid contributes to the formation of red and white blood cells.
All other vitamin values of cherries are Vitamin A, Vitamin B1, Vitamin B2, Vitamin B3, Vitamin B5, Vitamin B6, Vitamin B9, Vitamin C, Vitamin E, and Vitamin K Beta Carotene. The second value indicates what percentage of the vitamin content in 100 g of cherries can cover the daily requirement of the respective vitamin.
