Use the homemade mask about once a week or every 2 weeks. All you need are the following ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons avocado oil
- 1-2 tablespoons cottage cheese
- (few drops of tea tree oil if you suffer from breakouts)
Mix the ingredients together and apply the mask evenly on the face, if you like also on the neck and decollete. You should of course leave out both the eyes and the mouth area.
