*The patient should not get tension or stress and live without any kind of burden.

*Prevention is better than cure if the patient is able to detect the triggers.

Ripe grape juice is an effective remedy for A migraine. Need to take grape juice early morning on empty stomach for three months or till get complete cure from A migraine.
Remedies for A migraine
*It’s through proper nutrition, exercise, and constructive thinking. Need to take short fast. Take citrus fruit juices six times daily. Break fast should be dry fruits and fresh fruits. Lunch should consist protein foods and starchy foods like cereals, whole wheat bread or potatoes.
