Dear Readers, Today I brought here three recipes for you in one go.Fish curry, Oven baked Fish and Sauce.
OVEN BAKED FISH WING SAUCE |
1.Oven Baked Fish
Ingredients:
Sole (Marine Flatfish) 600 gms
Salt to taste
Pepper A Pinch
Bread stuffing
Onions 50 gms
Vegetable (any) 50 gms
Butter 40 gms
Bread Crumbs (soft) 200 gms
Lime 1 piece
Ginger paste Half tbsp
Garlic paste Half tbsp
Red chili Powder 1 tbsp or Half tbsp
Turmeric powder Half tbsp
Cumin Leaves 1 bunch
Almonds 10 Minutes
Method:
Wash fish adding little salt and turmeric to it.Wash again
Bread Stuffing: fry chopped vegetable and onions.Mix all other ingredients well add little milk.Mix fish pieces in stuffing well slowly.Place a small roll of stuffing on each piece of fish and fasten with toothpicks.Mix vegetable in stuffing separately.
Place fish rolls on well-greased baking pans and lay the roll of vegetable on top of each.Bake in oven 175-degree c, for 30 minutes.take out garnish and serve with sauce.
2.Sauce
Ingredients:
Onions 30gms
Vegetable(any juicy) 115 gms
Capsicum 50 gms
Fat 15 gms
Tomatoes 450 gms
Turmeric powder Half tbsp
Salt to taste
Red chili powder a pinch
Refined flour 15 gms
Cumin powder Half tbsp
Coriander powder Half tbsp
Method:
Heat the oil on fire in a pot.Add chopped Capsicum, Vegetable and onions.Fry till brown.add Smashed tomatoes and add seasoning and cook slowly until vegetables tender.add the small amount of water to the flour and stir until the paste. Add flour mixture to sauce and cook till slightly thick.Ready to serve.Serve hot
FISH CURRY |
3.FISH CURRY
Ingredients:
Fish 500 gms
Onions 2 big size
Green chilles 4 piece
Tomatoes 4 big size
Coconut 1 big size full
Red chillies 5 piece
Curry Leaves 4 stems
Ginger 1 inch
Garlic 5 piece
Tamarind 10 gms
Turmeric powder Half tbsp
Cumin leaves 1 bunch
Salt to taste
Oil 5 Tbsp
Mustard, Cumin Seeds, for seasoning
Method:
Wash fish adding little salt and turmeric to it.Wash again.Keep aside.Soak tamarind in water.
Grind coconut adding red chilies.Cut Onions, Tomatoes, Green Chilies, Ginger, Garlic, Tamarind, Turmeric add and grind for 1 minute.
Pour Oil in a pot when oil becomes hot add seasoning to it with curry leaves.Add coconut along with other ingredients add a glass of water.Add tamarind juice salt and Cumin leaves.Boil for 5 minutes add fish let it boil for 5 minutes.Remove from fire.Yummy Fish curry is ready to serve.
