Vitamin B12
Swelling of optic nerve due to lack of vitamin B12 which may results in vision loss. Difficulty in discerning between green and red color is also due to vitamin B12 deficiency. There is no use of glasses for such problems intake of these vitamins cures the problem.
There is a requirement of vitamin B for our body. Harmful diet dramatically leads to vitamins deficiency. Excess intake of tea, coffee, refined sugar, cold drinks, tobacco and alcohol deplete the stores of vitamin B in our body.
Whole cereals, eggs, liver, sunflower seeds and dry fruits have good amount of vitamin B. In fruits and green vegetables also small amount of vitamin B is present which gets destroyed by cooking and storing.

A good source of vitamin B is the millet ,which in your country
are a lot of varieties available and Vitamin B12 is in many vegetables
and fruits. Good for the eyes to have a good diet .,together with eye exercises

I wasn’t aware of the connection between healthy eyes and B vitamins, so thanks for warning me.
I use a lot of supplements (and am very healthy) but I must admit my vitamin B usage had dropped off a little.
My eyes are my most valuable assets, so I’m heading off to the B vitamin bottle again!
